- Key in for all submitted PRs from the requestor in the form of Procurement Master Database. - Keep tracking on the PRs approval from CFO and CEO. - Key in for all POs/PAs after confirmation from the team to issue it and file it with other supporting documents - Follow up with all pending issues and document filing. - Other assigned work

Jobs Requirement

- Honest, patience and high responsibility - Good spoken and written English - Good verbal and written communication skills - Accuracy orientation and fast typing in English - Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel) - Some IT knowledge is an advantage
