Jobs Description

1. Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards. 2. Ensure that all daily issues that compliance found must be resolved and taken action immediately and recorded in daily and weekly report 3. Monitor and control the Weekly report of compliance to ensure that all outstanding issues must be resolved and taken action smoothly and inform Compliance Manager immediately if the issues cannot be resolved. 4. Ensure that all Audit Pre-Preparation must be conducted by Compliance officer before buyer auditors come to avoid compliance failure. 5. Prepare Document Review, Observation (factory tour), Workers ’interview for buyer auditors when they come. 6. Carry out regular weekly, monthly and annual internal audit ethical compliance audit and prepare CAPs (Corrective Action Plan) 7. Maintain the whole factory as Roof, Generator, and Drainage system must be properly checking. 8. Managing the training to workers; health & safety, company’s procedure, and Managing and work with shop steward to settle any worker’s complaint through the company policy to make sure Health & Safety Maintenance & Cleanliness 9. Ensure that all physical security, access control, personal security, IT security and others security are secured and monitored. 10. Ensure that all Fire Drill Training / First Aid Training must be conducted on timely basic 11. Work with third party auditor on Social & Ethical Compliance, C-TPAT and other audits 12. Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance issues and also monitor on education and training awareness. 13. Ensure all forms and posters for C-TPAT usage 14. Work closely with Ministries to update Notification and Prakas, and participate any training or workshop provided by ILO, GMAC, or Ministries regards to compliance concerned. 15. Review or modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with changes to environmental standards or regulations 16. Develop or implement environmental compliance plans for programs, such as air quality, wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, pollution prevention, or solid waste management. 17. Aspire to attain 100% zero non-compliance issue within whole factory site 18. Other tasks assigned by superior management or head of department.

Jobs Requirement

- 2-Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma degree in human resource management and related experience. - 3-5 years experiences in compliance and human resource management. - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage. - Computer literacy with multi-Microsoft program using. - Honest, patience and willing to learn more. - Creativity of employee control and management. - Interpersonal skills and meet people. - Strong team building and willing to work for long period of time.
