Jobs Description

- Welcome all customers walk in showroom - Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email and hand over to the right department - Prepare daily report about customer call-in and walk-in - Call out all customer involved Service and hand over to the right department. - Follow up existing customer to maintenance service. - Update existing customer complaint information. - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. - Fill in Data into system and updated. - Fill in customer survey form and report to head of department/General Manager. - To conduct other jobs as assigned by superior

Jobs Requirement

•Be able to use Chinese for communication both writing and speaking is an advantage, •Fluent in English is a plus, •At least 1 years working experience in related field, •Knowledge of computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and Email, •Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Honest and hardworking •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
