Planning and develop engineering/maintenance work to support and make a better reliability and efficiency to Mill processing/utility, also support plant project work such as plant debottleneck or expansion work Planning and develop plant’s maintenance work, in order to make a better reliability and efficiency to Mill processing. Cooperate with operation manager to optimize plant operation by means of each engineering discipline such as mechanical, electrical and Instrument engineering and adopt a proper new technology to improved Mill processing. Cooperate with key vendor or contractor to select a suitable new technology, in order to applied to improve plant efficiency also selected reliable outsource company to conduct a specific & specialized work. Developed Plant Safety, Health and environmental standard by means of new technic, equipment, tool and technology. Organize suitable technical training of Mill processing, Control and instrument, Mechanical, electrical, environment and safety technology to power plant staff. Monitoring , Manage and Reporting Plant Preventive and corrective maintenance activities, also find out root cause and preventive action of breakdown maintenance Cooperate with purchasing, financial and operation department to assure the maintenance work can be achieved on target. Responsible to other works which assigned from Manufacturing Director

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field At least 5 years experiences in Manufacturing or Sugar/Crushing Mill factory is more advantage. Good communication skills and team work. Good command in English and Khmer for both written and spoken. Computer Skill. Strong in interpersonal skills Strong leadership High Commitment on Work Acceptable to work at oversea fulltime, Cambodia.
