Key Responsibilities: • Managing Bank Partner • Provide necessary training, coaching and supervision to the Bancassurance sales team to ensure success and delivery of business objectives • Support business partners to identify business opportunities that are mutually beneficial • Build new relationship and strengthen existing client and business partner relationship • Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members • Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members • Perform other tasks as required.
