Main duties and responsibilities • Assist the doctors in providing facial treatment services to clients when required • Support with overall management of clinic and clients • Carry out cross infection control procedures, including disinfection and sterilization of surfaces and instruments • Keep the clinic safe, clean, and well-organized • Encourage other staff members in the clinic to follow clinic protocols and rules • Create and maintain good working environment and communication with the doctors, other staff members, and clients • Keep and update an inventory of equipment, instruments and materials • Keep a record of any losses or breakages with the clinic • Make a regular list of instruments and materials required • Assist the doctors to provide practical procedure and health education to the clients as needed Reporting to: Clinic Director

Experience required • Experience working as a clinical assistant preferred • Experience in clinic management or assistance preferred • Experience working in the areas of dermatology and esthetics an advantage Minimum educational level required: • Bachelor degree or equivalent at minimum • A degree in nursing preferred Languages required: Some basic English language skills Other requirements • Committed and willing to undertake a doctor assistant training • Good communication and problem solving skills • Computer skills (Word and Excel) • Committed to the mission, vision and core values of the clinic Application deadline: 20 November 2018 Required documents: • An updated curriculum vitae • Relevant degrees, certifications, etc. • Expected salary
