- Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations; - Designing new dishes and menus; - Managing and hiring staff; - Monitoring and controlling stock levels; - Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen; - Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget; - Process cooking, management and some admin skills - Timely communication with management - Socialize with customer and collect feedback, representing the restaurant
