Jobs Description

- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain products and services’ values - Working cross teams to facilitate and fulfill clients’ needs - Building relationships with clients based on understanding, trust and respect - Obtaining client acceptance of the delivery of products and service - Maintaining favorable relationships with clients and securing their loyalty - Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about clients’ behaviors - Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes - Being updated about company’s products and services - Resolves complaints and issues externally and internally to improve performances and processes - Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients - Preparing reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information - Conducting evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful attempts and outcomes

Jobs Requirement
