- Achievement of the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the department and the Company - Implementation of sales plan monthly to achieve the sales objective of the Company. Manage personal time and productivity daily. - Achievement of the objectives on the following; Reach, Availability, Distribution/Assortment and Presence of the products distributed by the Company - Recommend or endorsement sales programs or activities to the Sales Team Leader for evaluation - Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate business propositions and ethical sales methods, quality of service, business growth, customer service and satisfaction. - Plan/carry out/support on BTL marketing activities and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions. - Submission of the required reports such weekly activity report, monthly report and other market data needed by the Marketing department.
