- Lead Sales Team to deliver the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the Company. - Field Coaching and train sales team as required by DT Plantation procedure - Assist manager on the Deployment and Implementation of KPI with in the area of responsibility - Implement Reach, Availability, Distribution and Presence of the products in the responsibility area - Check or follow-through the Sales Representative's implementation of marketing plans and results, and give feedback to the manager. - Develop teamwork in the area and motivate Sales Reps to take extra effort to deliver the Quarterly Sales Target - Check and consolidate submission of the required reports such as work plans, Coverage report, Competitor's data or market information needed by the Company - Product information training to the Sub-Distributors and personnel involve in the selling and distribution of the products and all product awareness or product education related to the products distributed - Field Audit or Fieldwork with the Sales Representatives area regularly to check competitor activities, sales opportunities or problem and good learning. - Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed plan. - Other tasks will be assigned by manager
