Jobs Description

1. Main responsibility Procurement Assistant Manager is response to ensure the process need of operation (Oversea, Local purchase, import & Logistic and Stock) are maintained implemented. 2. Reporting and authority Procurement Assistant Manager is report to Procurement Manager 3. Scope of work - To organize and manage the work of team to ensure that the work is accomplished in the manner consistent with company requirements. - To ensure all controls, policies and procedures (Import duty, Tax, Supplier evaluation, contracts handing of payments, Domestic and International Logistic etc.) are followed. - To verify all payment process of Operation Department - To follow up final reports from Inspection Company and other related documents. - To ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information, both incoming and outgoing, with external (suppliers, forwarders, sub-contractors, customers etc.) and internal parties (other related departments are followed of company procedure. - Preparing procurement plan and obtain quotation from supplier and select qualified supplier as required. - Ensure procurement tasks are undertake in an efficient and timely manner. - Ensuring timely and accurate processing of office supplies requisitions, and preparing purchase orders/contract, and facilitating actual purchase. - Creating and maintains local vendors list, to include information on pricing, condition of offer, payment conditions and schedules. - Other Tasks assign by manager

Jobs Requirement

4. Requirement Procurement Assistant Manager should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 3 years’ experience working as Merchandiser/Procurement and in manufacturing is preferred. - University degree of Management Business - Have good understanding of the procurement process and a general commercial awareness and business understanding. - Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market. - Good of analytical, organization and communication skills - Have good knowledge in computer literacy especially MS Office and related program. - Collaborate with key person to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. - Manage material flow to ensure inventory is maintained to optimum level to support on time customer deliveries while keeping technical support to management and other related divisions. - To ensure all controls, policies and procedures (Import duty, Tax, Suppliers evaluation, contracts handing of payments, domestic and International transportation planning. - Experience in import logistic activities - Interpersonal Skill - Knowledge in International trade/ Transportation/ Customs - Good of analytical, organization and communication skills.
