- Lead sales team to deliver the KRA (Key Result Areas) of the company. - Lead in the implantation of sales plan monthly and marketing plan - Lead in the implementation of Reach, availability, distribution and presence of the products distributed by the company - Recommend or endorsement sales programs or activities to sales and marketing manager for evaluation and approval - Lead, train and monitor sales representatives in the compliance of their workplans and work standards - Field audit or fieldwork with the sales representative’s area regularly to check competitor’s activities, sales opportunities or problem and good learnings. - Lead or develop teamwork within the team and motivate people to take extra effort to deliver the KRA or sales target - Check and consolidate submission of the required reports such weekly activity report, monthly report and other market data needed by the marketing department. - Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed plan - Supervise sales team to adhere on health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to quality of the products and equipment.
