Jobs Description

TARGETS: 1. Follow up closely with suppliers to assure materials quality compliance to requirement. 2. Make sure all materials are inspected before delivery to manufacturing processes. 3. Monitoring suppliers KPI JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Incoming inspection all materials to be compliance to standard requirement. 2. Booking material into system. 3. Waste data collection and disposal. 4. Follow up quality target and report quality cost, claim trends, quality problems with suppliers. 5. Implementation and maintain a functioning and effective reporting system concern to quality management system. 6. Support and follow up monthly quality meeting records and to-do lists 7. Support quality needed in the production. 8. Other duties assigned by management. SUPERVISOR : 1- Quality Management Representative

Jobs Requirement

1. Education / Knowledge: The incumbent must have a degree in Engineering/ Science or related field and demonstrated good organizational and management skills. Knowledge of: - Products and manufacturing processes of ECO PARTS Products - Quality Management System (i.e. ISO 9001, AITF 16949 or related) 2. Experiences: - At lease 2years experience in quality control & Incoming inspection. - ISO 9001, AITF 16949 awareness & internal audit training (if have better) - Knowledge in Microsoft office - Good in English ( writing and communication ), Chinese is a plus 3. Skills and Requirements: - Good technical and management skills including problem solving and decision. - Good oral, written and presentational skills with particular attitude for report, documentation. - Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective communication to all levels to both internal and external personnel. - Familiar with standard office software including word processors, e-mail, presentation and database. - Desire for continue learning. - Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
