Job Summary: • This role is responsible for executing clear and efficient sales operational processes and technologically superior agency systems to achieve agency’s KPIs. Key Responsibilities: • Implement operation procedures and processes to ensure the agency force is backed by a comprehensive backend support; • Maintain agency systems to ensure the agency force is backed by a reliable IT support with an effective and accessible organization of agency data; • Manage effective communication platforms with agents and leaders and within the agency department; • Manage company level sales initiatives, generation of reports, analysis of sales initiatives, qualitative sales related matters, various business solutions, agency collaterals etc.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Business related field is preferred; • At least 2-3 years of operations experience; • Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage; • Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders; • Analytical in numbers; • Good knowledge on MS Excel & PowerPoint.
