- Knowledge of principles and practices related to women empowerment and informal educational issues - Must have strong and polished interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. - Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage the programs - Must be highly organized and able to work well with others - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer application and database management - The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a community-based organization. - Database management experience (to be prepared to utilize Catalyst). - Able to work with a variety of populations, including young children and women - Event planning; Curriculum planning and implementation.
