-Plans, organizes, and implements a maintenance program for the property. -Obtains and uses proper equipment for the various maintenance and repairing activities required to maintain all property systems. -Uses appropriate checklists to perform scheduled inspections of all guest rooms and public areas. -Reports to the operation manager about all hazards in all guest and employee areas. Advises and discusses all major repairs with operation manager before calling a company to fix damaged items. -Repairs and maintains all interior and exterior furniture for loose screws, webbing and joints. -Makes a weekly check of all light bulbs, replaces those which have burned out. -Directs a program of grouting around bathtubs, grab bars, and soap dishes in guest/public bathrooms. -Keeps all vacuum cleaners and housekeeping equipment in good operating condition. -Maintains all swimming equipment in proper working condition. -Follows schedule for maintaining all major drains and sewage lines to prevent stoppages. -Makes a list and specify the location of all electric power switches, resets, and circuit breakers. -Makes a list and specify the location of all shut-off valves and what they control. -Follows inspection and lubrication schedule for all motors and belts. -Follows condenser-cleaning schedule of refrigeration equipment. -Follows lubrication schedule on all water pumps. Check seals and replace as needed. -Follows schedule for cleaning and chemically treating the cooling tower. -Cleans and/or change all air filters on a regular basis. -Ensures all electronic locks on guest room and public access doors are working properly. Must be able to change batteries in unit, and install new locking devices when necessary. -Leading and training other maintenance staff to improve their skills. -Prepare maintenance report to operation. -Performs all other duties as may be required by operation manager.

-Mechanical/ Electrical Diploma graduated is preferred. -Advanced knowledge of all systems on engines, generators, fuel polishing, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, etc,... -At least 5 years related experiences, previous experiences in the hotel. -Be able to communicate in English is preferred. -Computer skill: Ms.word , Excel -Excellent in problem solving skill, planning for preventive maintenance, thorough knowledge of applicable safety code and regulations. -Good team management, leadership, and communication skills.
