-Assists maintenance supervisor in ensuring electrical system running safely. -Records relative checklist and utilities consumption etc. -Maintains and repairs switch boxes, electrical tools etc. -Reports immediately any malfunction if equipment or unusual sights to his superior & take action accordingly. -Responds and attends to fire alarm or emergencies as the occasion arises. -Maintains the area and equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance & cleanliness. -Paints all wooden furniture, wall paper and ceilings. All of them have to always be in perfect condition. -Records daily consumption of materials. -Completes the daily or job orders. -Execute all maintenance programs. -Repairs all furniture painting, wall paper and ceilings if necessary. -Performs all other duties as may be required by maintenance supervisor.
