- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain products and services’ values - Working cross teams to facilitate and fulfill clients’ needs - Building relationships with clients based on understanding, trust and respect - Obtaining client acceptance of the delivery of products and service - Maintaining favorable relationships with clients and securing their loyalty - Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about clients’ behaviors - Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes - Being updated about company’s products and services

- A Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Sales or any related field is preferred - Efficient knowledge of both written and spoken English - Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as listening skills - Proven experience in account management - Ability to collect, track and analyze large amount of data - Ability to work under pressure, change directions when required, work with various clients and identify business opportunities - Ability to resolve issues effectively - Ability to collaborate well with others internally and externally
