- Install and configure Windows Servers (DNS, DHCP, File/Print services, etc.) - Configure and maintenance of CISCO Switches, Routers, Firewalls - Introduce best practices in Information Security - Manage and maintain the IT policy of the company - Work closely with other country’s IT staff on best practice maintenance - Monitor and troubleshoot network devices and servers - Manage and troubleshoot communication devices and technologies (VPN, Proxy’s, VOIP systems, etc…) - Monitor and troubleshoot systems performance and server performance - Manage and maintain the local active directory - Administer and maintain software licencing - Introduce and maintain preventive maintenance for ICT - Manage and troubleshoot the DR site. - Performing DR drills - Monitor regular back up of Databases - Performing patch updates for windows, ESET and other systems - Document management of network related procedures and diagrams - Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL DB administration - Support and perform and other IT related tasks assigned by the top management. - Support the software development team in running all systems for the operation - Support the IT operations of the factory with the IT support team through Dynamics 365

- Bachelors degree in computer science - 3 – 4 years hands on experience MCSA/ CISCO Certifications - Ability to configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft servers - Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Hyper – V - Ability to configure, maintain and troubleshoot CISCO switches, routers and Firewalls. - Hands on experience with Active directory maintenance, DHCP, DNS, VPN setup and configuration - Understanding of SAN maintenance & administration. - Microsoft SQL Database management and configuration - Knowledge in VMware will be an added advantage. - Previouse experience in a factory environment will be an added advantage - Fluency in English to work with international staff and branch factories globally
