- Work closely with all internal departments to implement marketing and communications plans that support the Company’s goals and objectives. - Review and edit promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to branding guidelines. - Strengthen the Company’s brand and public perception. - Promote banking products to public including advertisement, press releases and articles. - Recommend events for staff to attend based on strategic marketing goals. - Develop and oversee the management of internal operating budgets for all marketing activities. - Identify campaigns best suited to achieve business, marketing and/or sales objectives for target customer segments. - Support Sales team in crafting marketing plans, programs, and campaigns that support business, sales and market’s overall objectives. - Oversee the design of multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Conduct market research and report to management the customer preference and recommend suitable strategies to increase sales volume. - Other tasks as assigned by Management.

- Marketing or Business degree required. - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing & communication. - Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills. - Equal parts analytical and creative. - Be passionate, energetic and maintain a positive attitude.
