- Answer all calls to the GRO desk promptly and courteously - Ensure efficient provision of reception to hotel guest. - To welcome and farewell all arriving & departing VIP/ Valued guest in courteous manner. - Check in and escort VIP, Regular, Long Stay guests and other valued guests courteously and efficiently. - Co-ordinate checks in of special categories of guest i.e. repeated guests, according to established policy. - Provide internal and external information to guests - Assist guest’s in-person repeated reservations & perform the inter-hotels reservations for in-house guests.
