- Be a proactive team participant, contributing to an environment where members are proud to be part of ANZ Royal - Great opportunity within Risk - Reports to the Head of Retail Risk, Cambodia About The Role Role Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Role Type: Permanent, full-time As the Retail Credit Manager, you will execute a forward looking risk identification role with the objective of avoiding loses and supporting a proactive dynamic approach to review risk management. ** Main Duties including: - Monitor early defaulter customers less than 90 days past due - Escalate early defaulters to Relationship managers and assist in advising on management their individual set portfolio - Manage and update any change of regulations from NBC or ANZ Group that may affect ANZ Royal loan portfolio - Interpret customer behaviour trend toward the change in government regulations, our competitors and also economy condition - Monitor industry risk in maintaining and develop organized collections of relevant documentations (electronic or hard copy) to analysis risk arising that can be impact to ANZ Royal Bank - Coordinate and manage risk management practises such that people-related operating losses incurred are minimised - Ensure compliance with both ANZ Royal policy and external regulatory requirements
