-Troubleshooting network issues for customers -On phone, on site and remote support to customer mainly related to internet service -Monitor network systems including routers, layer 2 and optical switches, servers, and other network -Receive request and support accordingly all kind of available services -Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager

Jobs Requirement

• Nationality: Cambodia • Age 18 to 35 years old; • Education: College degree or above; • Fresh graduated or any experience in Telecommunication equipment and IT equipment installation; • Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals, be open for traveling and field works; • Spoken English or Chinese is advantage; • Holding Cambodian driver's license is preferred;
