Responsibilities: 1.To determine the most effective ways to use the basic factors of manpower, machines, materials, information, and energy—to make a product. 2.To study brand handbook and understand each brand’s processes, T&A and product quality and safety requirement. 3.To study the product, quality engineered the most efficient way (SMV) to make the product, timely to support costing team to secure order and continue to make improvement to cycle time for bulk production. 4.To manage the 7S in the workplace, workstations, equipment, machinery and tools) 5.To put in place Successor and Mentoring Plan. Requirements: •Diploma/ Degree in related fields •Fluent and able to write in English or Mandarin •At least 3 years as IE •Good communication skill. •Able to work under pressure.
