-Manage the flow of external projects -Audit expenses of external projects, -Bookkeeping of daily transactions and make monthly financial statements of external projects, -Working with Project Director, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects -Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades -Assist the project director in reviewing quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval -Clear monthly expenses of external projects with project managers, -Control revenue from external projects, -Prepare project organization and communication charts -Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project -Keep the project director and others informed about project status and issues -Financial analysis on Group’s financial performance -Handle accounting bookkeeping for CEP -Other work assigned by Senior Finance Manager

-Strong written and oral communication and computer skills, the ability to work in a team, often alongside accounting professionals (QuickBooks is much preferred), the ability to multi-task and manage the time, high-level numerical skills, good attention to detail, the ability to work accurately and methodically with numbers. -Be patient in coordinating the projects and delivering reasonable and better solution accordingly. -Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities at least 2 years of working experience -Proficient in MS office applications -Strong Problem-solving skills, honest and patient -Good command of English How to apply Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and CV to the Human Resource department in contact below.
