- Work with other departments to gain perspective, and support Chinese tech to communicate with other department from Warehouse, Cutting, Bundling, Production and Packing and also Admin - Work with and through management to development action on production side be smoothly, productivity and high efficiency and max output - Support to superior to evaluate work output - Adhere to guideline of formal written training program - Others task which assigned by superior or head of department

- Bachelor and Experience related to production for 3 year over - Experience in private sector or garment factory is highly desirable - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Fluent and conversational Chinese to Khmer, English and English to Chinese skill is required - Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem
