Job Responsibilities 1) Apply the company's policy, goals, and quality objectives to achieve the desired results. 2) Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operating a manufacturing line. 3) Planning the management system. Receive orders to produce the relevant documents to order the production of checks for raw materials used for orders, Manage and monitor subordinate for work order to follow up materials 4) Coordinate with the planning department of Material Control to implement the guidelines. 5) Responsible for managing the assigned duties, controlling and supervising the work in Material Control and daily operations to be in line with the Company's plan and policy. And the plan of the department. 6) Coordinate with various agencies in the production to produce and delivery to the customer as planned. 7) To manage supply of the products to customers, making sure are adequate materials to ensure steady production and product delivery to customers, and also materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems. 8) Monitor and follow up sample to send to HK for application, and all support document with HK team. 9) Create Materials Status Report (MSR) of each of style, PO and color and update MSR, and follow up materials information with HK/HQ. 10) Monitor and follow up discrepancy report / IQC report / e-mail check stock and update material into MSR . 11) Monitor and follow up with warehouse and ensure warehouse to check and feedback to Hong Kong with the time frame. 12) Monitor and follow up with QC and Chinese technician to verify with sewing specs and size specs from Hong Kong and feedback to Hong Kong if any concerned. 13) Monitor and follow up export Job/MPO from ERP report for check items to be used for each of style or PO. 14) Monitor and follow up on Release Memo LG, IQC reject, Over Marker, approved trim card to Hong Kong . 15) Feedback to production to make decision if will need arrange material by special arrangement for support sewing line. 16) Monitor and follow up for Issue PR&PO; for subcontract (will be practiced in if need) 17) Monitor and follow up weekly of MRB (material return back) to Hong Kong with the time frame. 18) Monitor and follow up for send all parcel by Courier to HK / Direct to customer courier 19) Liaisons between manufacturing and other department for material planning and information to determine timelines and necessary materials, and also works to coordinate supplies payments with the accounting department. 20) Others task will assigned by plant manager/regional manager.

Criteria of Requirements • Bachelor degree in field related • Knowledge of manufacturing process, Critical thinking, Shipping and Receiving, Time management, and communication skill. • 5 year experiences in related field. • Open to all local and expat • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage. • Computer literacy with multi-Microsoft program using. • Honest, patience and willing to learn more. • Creativity of employee control and management. • Interpersonal skills and meet people. • Strong team building and willing to work for long period of time.
