Job Description 1. Make the sample before feeding the line 2. Check the pattern 3. Check the material and accessories based on the job orders (bill of materials) 4. Check the machines according to lay-out 5. See to it that the attached and accessories part are installed on the machine mentioned on the sewing description 6. Ensures that the machines are fully equipped when the supervisors start to teach including operation specs. 7. Try out machine after machine adjustment(including repairs with her experienced) 8. Conduct the training for the startup line 9. Teach the basic parts of the sewing machine and the proper position of needle and bobbin case 10. Teach the proper threading of the sewing machines 11. Teach the operators by operation technically to achieve the good quality and to achieve target output in production 12. Handle and prepare PP meeting for the bulk production must be good and correct quality as required. 13. Check and approval the correct material will use in production area. 14. Checking shipment delivery date/ order quantity/ technical sewing 15. Implementation proper sewing techniques.(production) 16. Responsible to LAY-OUT of the new styles to production line 17. Responsible to ensure the manufacturing product required quality from the buyer 18. Provide technical assistance to sewing operators in improving sewing skill to reach and cover up required quality. 19. Coordinates w/ie. for the SMV of each operation 20. Handle training line. 21. Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance of sample are met or exceeded. 22. Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives 23. Insure the alignment of the manufacturing organization with the company vision, purpose and priorities. 24. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, GMP’s 25. Cross-train worker teams for maximum production flexibility 26. Others task assigned by Head of manufacturing Operation/Regional Manager
