** Location :Phnom Penh, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Phnom Preuk, Kampot - Lead and ensure the loan application is proper executed at the branch level - Review and assess loan applications submitted by sale staff to ensure the enough data and information collected including independent reference check - Ensure credit discipline and quality from branch comply to standard credit process of the company - Review financial summary of applicant prepared by branch compare to current market condition - Identify the key credit risk and provide mitigating measure to enhance credit policy - Recommend in each loan application submitted to BM, HoC and LCC on the risk and its mitigation process.

- Degree in a related discipline business management, finance or related - At least 1-2 years of experience ina similar role - Experience in Risk Management - Analytical and strategic thinking skills - Effective communication negotiation skills - Possess honesty, initiative, flexibility, commitment, and good inter-personal skill - Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write) * REMUNERATION First finance provides competitive salary based on potential and qualifications, 13 th bonus, performance bonus, incentives, salary increment, provident fund, insurance including life insurance, outpatient treatment, and other benefits follow our HR policies.
