1. Coordinate with various stakeholders of the Project 2. Organize meetings and conferences for the project and related logistics 3. May have to undertake field visits during the project 5. Working under supervision and assist the project leaders 6. Maintain Records of the project day-to-day financial and administrative activities 7. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial report of the project and send to donors as required deadline. 8. Ensure correct financial procedures are carried out with regard to donors’ guidelines 9. - University Degree in Engineering - Good knowledge of English language - Field experience in conducting questionnaire survey and using some measuring devices. - Good organizational skills, such as: Organizing meeting, workshop, and trip arrangement - Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint. - Some relevant experiences in accounting - Expected to learn and understand quickly Personal Competences: - Able to work with little supervision, focused, well organized; - Able to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility, responsibility, integrity, team work, self- motivated, preparedness to work off-time.
