• Develop, manage, and execute branch strategies for healthy business growth • Manage, review, and do internal control all credit proposals and doc./info to make sure it is adequate, accurate, and reliable • Minimize loan defaults through working closely with loan recovery officer and relevant stakeholders • Manage and administer general business operations. • Lead, manage, and develop staff under supervisions to make sure they are competent.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related and at least 2 years’ experience in microfinance. Experiences in mortgage and management level is preferable • Good Knowledge of microfinance, leadership & management • Dynamic, initiative, and flexibility • Patient, integrity, and high level of interpersonal skill • Good command of English and Microsoft office.
