Job Description Duties: 1. Ensure staff follow proper rules dress, hygiene, code conduct kitchen 2. Ensure quality and consistency timeliness 3. Ensure cleanliness kitchen, food, tools wares 4. Event Control 5. Ensure proper training 6. Double check on food orders/purchasing orders 7. Identify requisition of food and kitchen supplies 8. Food control: Monitor dry store and temperature 9. Keep kitchen properly stocked 10. Report to Sous Chef 11. Take over duties the previous shift. Hand over properly before leaving 12. Other duties assigned by Sous Chef
