- Determines customers' needs & desires by specifying research needed to obtain market information. - Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product. - Appraising new product ideas, product or packaging changes. - Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. - Obtains product market share by working with director to develop product sales strategies. - Assesses product market data calling customers by field salespeople and evaluating sales call results. - Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales - Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed requirements and development programs. - Preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules. - Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales. - Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data. - Reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders. - Completes operational requirements following up on work results. - Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; - Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Review potential partner relationship for the products - Other work assign by Director

• Bachelor or associate degree in business administrative/international relationship/Marketing or Management. • At lease 5-year experience in related industry. • Must be highly passionate about communicating and interacting with people. • Be able to communicate well in Khmer and excellence English. (Candidate can speak Chinese is prioritized) • Outgoing person and trendsetter, great planner and communication. • Tidy, smart appearance and pleasant manner. • Be respectful and be flexible with positive attitude, hardworking and honest. • 2 Years agreement need to sign upon confirmation to Join with company and can’t leave company before 2 years.
