Job purpose of the customer agency is to sell companies products and services by assuring maximum customer satisfaction as well as point of sales targets achievement. For the job description as below: • Providing the best customer service in point of sale following customer service standard. • Promoting companies services by proactively handing out leaflets to customers. • Collecting and providing all relevant feedback to management. • Achieving customer acquisition and retention targets and objectives. • Identifying customer needs, presenting and demonstrating companies services, explain g their value to a customer. • Closely monitor the market and customers behavior as well as competitor actions and provide feedback to line manager. • Reporting generating and monitoring. • Handout leaflets or other marketing material for the customers. • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of marketing or sales • Sale Management experience, proven track record and result oriented. • Experience from retail channels and or retail business. • Flexible, hardworking, and honest. • Able to work indoors and outdoors and willing to take on a challenge • Able to work in multicultural environments. • A strong commitment to customer service and helping people.
