-Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program -Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them -Draft and revise company policies -Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses -Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk -Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed -Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation -Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices -Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

1).Bachelor's Degree 2).Good knowledge and with certification in compliance and audit standards like ISO26000 / WRAP / SA8000 / C-TPAT 3).Good knowledge of MS Office and Fluent in Chinese, English & Cambodian 4).At least 5 years experience working with Compliance, Health & Safety within the manufacturing industry 5).Able to work independently and Fully conversant with Cambodian Law and buyer's requirements regarding garment/handbags factories.
