- Prepare monthly Payroll - Purchase and Maintain office supplies and equipment and control stock for company - Make contract, agreement and other necessary document - Perform other administrative tasks such as staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff appraisal, Staff movement, staff safety and fine out staff problems. - Make monthly expense budget and record all expense incurred - Staff recruitment, selection, orientation…etc - Booking hotel, Restaurant, flight and traveling arrangement for Participants’s retreat. - Other tasks assigned by supervisors
