- Prepares and monitors budget by gathering and organizing financial information, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, implementing corrective actions. - Maintains equipment by planning equipment procurement and maintenance, evaluating products, service, and warranties. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations. - Carry out tasks related to other tasks assigned by the higher level

- Good in English - Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other - Experience at least 1 year / Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus - Welling to work as team and independency - Professional attitude and appearance - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills - A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
