•Work closely with management team to achieve company goal and target, •Lead and direct the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure the effectiveness of operation, •Control the inventory and practice FIFO system and well products structure keeping, •Ensure the warehouse is well-organized and tidiness, •Lead and guide delivery team to maintain timely delivering for customers, •Conduct employees performance appraisal and coaching for optimal performance, •Handling customers enquiries and/or complaints to gain customer satisfaction, •Manage other administration tasks •Communicate with superior and liaison with other departments to maintain effectiveness of operation, •Other tasks assigned by superior.

• Hold Bachelor Degree in Management or related field; • Minimum five (5) years professional working experience; • Good in Ms. Office, and Internet-Email; • Excellent in communication skill; • Good in English proficiency; • Excellent in interpersonal skill; • Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
