1. Check staff attendance daily in-store operation 2. Deal with customer’s inquiry about products 3. Regularly check the price tag in-store 4. Facilitate the in-store flow operation smoothly 5. Provide a customer excellence in-store operation 6. Train new staffs about products & flow for each zone Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure dealing with customers when needed 2. 1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field 2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in supervisory store (retail) 3. Product comprehension (baby products) 4. Good at leading a team achievement 5. Management Skill (in-store operation) 6. Good at in-store planning & organizing 7. Problem-solving skill
