- Supervise the daily operations of Security, Housekeeping and Fire Safety. - Manage the Fire Command Centre. - Attend and manage any emergency situations on site, for example, fire alarms, bomb threats, etc. - Provide input in the preparation of annual budgets. - Attend to tenants’ requests/complaints. - Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with the Company policy. - Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Senior Building Supervisor. - Carry out routine check on building services including cleanliness of toilets, walkway, lighting etc.

- Association/Bachelor degree or equivalent education/experience. - 2 years of working experience in a similar position. - Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels - Good problem solving and decision making skill. - Good computer skill on Ms. Office and Internet. - Good command written and spoken English. - Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holiday.
