- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field - At least 1 years working experience as HR professional - Extensive knowledge of Cambodian labor law and experience with multinational company will be advantaged - Ability to manage tasks and communicate to employees at all level in the organization - Strong verbal and written communication skills of English & Chinese. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, react to changing priorities, solution-driven and positive attitude - Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel)
