- Understand the company’s goals, structure, operations and standard and ensure that company standards, policies and procedures are understood and fooled by all staff - Provide leadership to all teams in achieving the company’s goal - Production efficiency cost-effective management of resources, cleanliness, safety and other sectors - Control and analyze departmental cost to ensure performance is within budget - Ensure that the duties and responsibilities of all staff are well understood - Lead, motivate, and engage at levels - Ensure that the inter-department cooperation and coordination are working well - Schedule, attend and lead briefings and meetings

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or Business Management. Master’s degree is highly preferable. - At least 2 years of experience working in relevant industry - Well-connected or having a high reputation within the local and international community - Strong leadership and management skills - Strong investment appraisal skills - Strong analytical skills - Will work in construction company
