- Provide information to customers via phone, email and other IM messages. - Respond and support our client questions or concerns during using the service. - Handling complaints and solving problem for customers. - Prepare daily, weekly report related to all performed tasks. - Cooperate with Technical Department (internal and external) to fix service errors - Perform other duties as assigned by management. - For the candidate who can understand Chinese or Indonese will get special offer
