- Assisting in the developing of accounting procedure and management policies - Monitoring and guiding accountants for daily accounting work - Monitoring for collection of payment from customers and payment status to make sure the collection and payment is on timely basic. - Following up the customers payment - Preparing daily report, cash deposit and bank reconciliation - Preparation of revenue and expense recognition with the completed construction, coordinate with construction team and report to Accounting Manager. - Handling fixed asset register and calculate depreciation periodically according to the rate decided. - Preparation of monthly accrual for monthly closing - Ensuring that all prepaid schedule to comply with accrual concept. - Report Financial Statement to general manager - Other tasks assigned by manager

- Bachelor Degree of Accountant or any related to accountant - Minimum 3-5 years experience with hotel business - English speaking and writing skills - Experience to use soft ware programs - Experience to use excel and world file - Be responsible with hr department - Be responsible with storage - Experience to prepare expenses and income reports - Experience with monthly profit reports - Experience with prepare tax reports - Good communication skills - Good behaviors, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and self-motivation - Able to work under pressure and good at team work
