Duties • Work with customers about the quality of service, improve service quality better on behalf of the Aeon Delight. • Be responsible for the quality of cleaning services at the buildings, offices, shopping mall, supermarkets ... according the cleaning & service standards. • Manage cleaning staffs: working roster, timekeeping, reward, discipline... • Supervise, training, coaching cleaning staff, to ensure all staff are aware of safety procedures • Supervise the services quality of cleaning contractors. • Management of cleaning machines, equipment, chemicals at the work. • Report to CEO or Reporting Manager • And other tasks required by the manager.

Requirements • Experience in cleaning services company at least 2 years and hospitality industry, knowledgeable in housekeeping operation and cleaning methods will be a plus. • Very good both in spoken and written English and Khmer • Good at communication & training skill, leadership, solve problem skill. • Computer skill literacy in Microsoft word, excel, outlook • Good interpersonal negotiation skills • Integrity, commitment customer-oriented skill • Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations. • Be honest and ethical. • Ability work under tight deadline pressure.
