** QoS Monitoring - Control international voice to avoid the problem that effect to service revenue. - Solve problem with partners related with traffic connection (problem with TDM or SIP) - Make alarm report for each route and top 6 countries for qos issue - Confirm Mobile team if have any abnormal with qos to make sure. - Request Mobile team to move traffic our from issue's route to good route - Send ticket to partner about route issue with CDR detail - Pushing partner to solve the issue asap (via skype, viber, line or whatsapp) - Making test about after the partner alreayd fixed the issue and rollback traffic for current plan. ** Fraud Monitoring - Monitor Premuim call rate Fraud (International/Roaming), SIMBOX Fraud, Missed Call Fraud - Monitoring and control of broadcasting Mass SMS, spam international SMS/VOIP Call - Develop and monitoring Fraud Detection script, email alert and block auto. - Assuring revenue and prevent revenue leak to fraud.
