• Developing a robust process to manage sales operation and administration • Developing a strong governance framework to control all sales operations, inventory, and System • Reviewing and obtaining approval for all business operation changes • Leading projects within sales operation team to strategic change management • Continuously improves quality of team and maximize the productivities • Ensures that all reports are disseminated to the authorized audiences • Ensures that sales admin provides effective supports to operations and distribution channel • Ensures strong monitoring and controls of all processes, policies and system. • Develop competency of the Distribution Operation and Sales Support team. • Other tasks assign by line manager

• At least five years’ experience in sales operation supports • Bachelor degree or equivalence • Good command of English, fluently both written and spoken • Computer skills: Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office, internet and email. • Good knowledge of sales operation support and Functional knowledge and skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Very energetic and passionate to learn new things • Strong self-discipline and ability to influence • Able to work independently and as a team player
