Job Summary: Perform civil engineering duties, planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities. Supervise and leads civil crews in the installation, operation, including maintenance and repair activities ensuring all aspects of operation and associated processes are in compliance with project specifications and completed within planned time and budget constraints. Duties and Responsibilities: - To provide civil construction quality supervision expertise. - Monitoring progress and performance of construction contractor during the execution at work. - Ensuring the scope of work, procedures and schedule are ahead to. - Resolving and responding to technical queries from contractor. - Reviewing technical contract documents and engineering review. - Perform progressive quality control and testing function. - Identity & analyze design change and modify design drawing and documents accordingly. - Ensure a safe and effective execution of construction works. - Identify and report problem to the construction Manager. - Participating in contractor corrective actions and ensuring resolution of non-conformities. - Provide technical assistance to Civil inspectors. - Attend and contribute to site and project technical meeting as necessary. - Establish and implement quality audit plans and reports.

- Male/Female, age 25-45 Years old. - Bachelor or Master Degree Engineer or relevant field. Fresh graduated students are encouraged to apply as well. - Analyze long range plans, survey reports, maps, and other data to plan and design projects - Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors during the planning and risk- analysis stages of a project - Compile and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, verifying that projects comply with various regulations - Oversee and analyze the results of soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations - Analyze the results of tests on building materials, such as concrete, wood, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects - Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility - Use design software to plan and design transportation systems, hydraulic systems, and structures in line with industry and government standard - Perform or oversee surveying operations to establish building locations, site layouts, reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction - Manage the repair, maintenance, and replacement of public and private infrastructure - Able to start working immediately. - Must be punctual and time management. - Creative, Initiative, hard-working, friendly, flexible, team player, self-confident and strong commitment. - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and plus Chinese language more priority. - All Applicants should be updated CV and Photo - Qualified Candidates will shortlist for interviewing Code of Conduct: - Keep a good presentation and express perfect behaviour and appearance, seriousness - Be industrial and helpful - Be polite and friendly - Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work - Work independent and confidential Note: This employee job description can be modified or amended according to the Company’s needs.
