• Deliver a strategic retail roadmap with clear market leadership and differentiation within the market • Direct accountability for the yes seatel retail team (currently 26 retail shops) • Deliver on-going new retail launches and revamping current stores • Own and develop the retail trade plan in conjunction with the CXO with full P&L responsibility • Deliver on commercial growth targets (sales, profit and margin) • Establish the end-to-end Retail customer journey • Establish strong relationships with key retail partners • Monitor trade and competitor product ranges • Manage and develop trade, promotions and marketing campaigns to deliver the business objectives • Oversee instore product range launches along with delivery of new merchandising and POS units • Oversee instore stock replenishment on store by store basis (working with our external fulfilment partner) • Drive actions based on data led insights • Deliver trade performance reporting • Deliver a great brand proposition for our partners • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a "best in class" service level for our partners and customers • Setting up yearly budgets • Manage seasonal sell-in plans, produce seasonal strategic sales plans for each key account • Review the cost of service providers and reduce costs where possible
