- Review architectural plan, specifications, client brief, contract documents and ensure compliance with International codes, standards and practices, Government laws and regulations. - Coordinates with Designers, Consultants, Engineers, Clients and provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design, landscape design, space planning solutions, safe designs and their fit with aesthetic and concept of the project - Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement of the project. - Researches and reviews product literature, analyses materials and determines appropriateness for application to projects. - Reviews shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications, contract agreement, technical accuracy and accepted guidelines. - Works with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals. - Supervises and trains Subordinates and Subcontractor complying with their daily tasks and ensure their works are all in compliance with the approved documents and reference. - Other duties assigned by Project Director.
